Super Star Car Wash - Abrams Rd & Northwest Hwy

Horrible company. I filed a claim because my car was damaged when I went through the car wash. I originally heard from them a couple days after the incident and then they went silent. It's been almost a month and I've been trying to contact them but can't get a response from anyone.

BEWARE! CARD CHARGED FOR MONTHS OF A MEMBERSHIP I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. I noticed I’ve been charged for a monthly membership of $23.99 in May and June and then charge $33.99 for this month. I NEVER signed up for a membership. There are no humans to talk to when you call the number. I specifically remember telling the guy I don’t want a membership as I don’t wash my car often and I wanted to see how clean my car gets as it was my first time at this location. I only gave contact info which he had me fill in because he said I have to as the system just requires it and the only thing I signed for was the receipt. He told me I could text a number to get a free car wash after my second visit which I did. It told me I signed up for alerts but nothing about a membership. I do not have an account or username/password. I have zero emails from this company-not even a membership confirmation. This is concerning because it’s uncomfortable that a business saved my credit card info and processing without my permission. I submitted a message on the website as instructed by the instructions when I called. I want to be refunded for this recurring unauthorized charged. Thank goodness my husband trac

Posting this on another account because I am unbelievably upset with how this place handles stuff. Superstar - don’t bother commenting on this. You commented on my husbands post and still denied our claim. Absolutely worst car wash ever. Went in with a perfect mirror and came out with this. Completely broke my mirror and took the cover off. Told me I could file a claim to get reimbursed for the damage and then proceeded to deny the claim. Won’t show me the camera footage of me entering or exiting either. Now I have to pay over $800 out of pocket for a mess THEY caused. Save your money and go else where

The service isn’t terribly good. There’s I gave that direct you into the car wash so you stay in between the rails. Today, I don’t know if he was doing the funky chicken or what but dude let me ride over the rail. Got in the car wash this time and two of their devices weren’t working, which seems to be typical. I got a membership when they were new and the service was OK. I just canceled. I wanted to vacuum it took stops at three or 4 different vacuums to find one that worked. Don’t waste your money.
